EXPO 2010

Thank you for showing interest in volunteering for Engineering EXPO. Without the help of countless volunteers, EXPO would simply not be possible. As a token of EXPO's most grateful appretiation, all volunteers working over 2 hours receive a free T-shirt, and all volunteers working over 4 hours receive a free lunch.

Here are the general needs fulfilled by volunteers and the time table:

Thursday, February 18th
- 2:15 pm - Volunteer check-in opens
- 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm - 100 Volunteers - EXPO setup (moving tables, chairs, posting signs, etc.)
- 6:30 pm - Volunteer check-in closes
Friday, February 19th
- 7:30 am - Volunteer check-in opens
- 8:00 am - 3:00 pm - 300 Volunteers - Food area clean-up, helping exhibitors when needed, etc.
- 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - 100 Volunteers - Clean-up trash around Engineering Complex.
- 4:30 pm - Volunteer check-in closes
Saturday, February 20th
- 7:30 am - Volunteer check-in opens
- 9:00 am - 3:00 pm - 250 Volunteers - Food area clean-up, helping exhibitors when needed, etc.
- 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm - 100 Volunteers - EXPO tear-down (moving tables, chairs, collecting signs, clean-up trash around Engineering Complex)
- 7:30 pm - Volunteer check-in closes
